My old pregnant friend from Thailand asked me where she could get Aprica items ( Japanese baby products ) in Tokyo area the other day, as her father would be visiting Japan next month. I know there are three major baby stores that lots of moms go shopping in Japan. Department stores such as Isetan, Seibu, Mitsukoshi..etc should have baby and kids products but sometimes the prices are higher than other stores.

Anyway, here are the shop lists I recommend for baby and kids products. I hope it helps for somebody else too.

1. Akachan-honpo
this stores are everywhere in Japan & there’s one store that might be convenient for where most tourists stay. ( shinagawa area )

2. Nishimatsuya
this shop carries many reasonable priced clothings as well as baby items. But this shop might be too far from major tokyo city.
